- We have resolved an issue where formatting including spacing, line breaks, italics, etc. was not functioning correctly.
- The issue where the inability to attach multiple images in messages is now fixed.
- We have addressed a situation where comments were only sent after refreshing the page.
- We have fixed the problem where embedded images in emails didn't show up correctly.
- The incorrect cursor position issue in Android’s rich text editor is now fixed.
- An occasional issue where the app crashed when opening a ticket is now fixed.
- A rare issue where a few links in the text body were unclickable is now fixed.

- We have fixed the issue of incorrectly displaying the Welcome Popup Automation delay's time unit.

- Merchants can now create duplicate Automation Rules
- We have added a new set of post-purchase Automation for new merchants to use with customization capability.
- We have added hyperlinks to all the Automation Rules triggers in the Messages Panel. Merchants can now click on the Automation Rule text in the Messages panel to get redirected to the exact Automation rule for reference.
- We have added dynamic language Thank You pages in the CSAT survey.
