New Features
Web App
- We've introduced a feature that allows performing actions such as assigning tickets, closing tickets, etc., in bulk. Merchants will receive relevant notifications in the notification panel and event updates in the Messages panel for these actions. To perform any bulk action, select a few tickets by ticking the checkboxes in the ticket and pressing the Perform a bulk action button.
- We've also rolled out a new feature that sends weekly and monthly emails with an overview of Marketing Analytics data. This provides a regular update on performance metrics. To enable this feature, navigate to Settings>Enable Weekly and Monthly email.
Mobile App
- Merchants will receive notifications for every bulk action performed using the Web app and see event updates as well, ensuring they are informed about bulk operations on the go.
New Additions & Improvements
- Admins will now receive email notifications whenever their Instagram or Facebook accounts are disconnected and need to be reauthorized.
- The last entered country code is now retained in the WhatsApp compose window, addressing the issue of re-entering the code each time.
- We have fixed a minor issue with the Fast Reply shortcut key, which was previously not functioning due to a conflict with other keyboard shortcuts.
- The Back in Stock callout icon can now be customized to match the website theme colour. This will allow the merchants to avoid clashes with various website themes, affecting the visual consistency.
- Agents will no longer see tickets from support channels they do not have access to. This change addresses the issue where agents could view tickets they didn't have access to. From now on, agents will only see tickets from restricted channels when assigned.
- We have addressed the delay in closing the opt-out completion modal, which was taking extended time to process the action.
- Searching and sorting functionality is now available on the customer segment page. Merchants can now search for a particular customer segment and sort the list as well.
- We have fixed a minor issue where product syncing in the catalog took an extended time. This issue is now fixed and will work seamlessly for both the new catalog setup and product syncing from Shopify.
