Fixes
  • Fixed a rare issue where duplicate conversations occurred when an autoresponder was enabled.
  • We have fixed a small issue where a ticket, when closed, chose the first ticket on the list by default. From now on, merchants can easily choose the next ticket right after closing one.
  • Merchants can now track the status of your WhatsApp API application on the
    Settings > Support Channels
    page.
  • We found a minor issue in Automation where URLs were not saved when adding them to the Message Template body. This has now been fixed.
