New Feature
- Automated CSAT: From now on, CSAT surveys can be sent automatically upon closing the ticket and can be sent for every sub-conversation. You can now enable automated CSAT sending from thesettings page.
Fixes
- Fixed a rare issue where duplicate conversations occurred when an autoresponder was enabled.
- We have fixed a small issue where a ticket, when closed, chose the first ticket on the list by default. From now on, merchants can easily choose the next ticket right after closing one.
- Merchants can now track the status of your WhatsApp API application on the Settings > Support Channelspage.
- We found a minor issue in Automation where URLs were not saved when adding them to the Message Template body. This has now been fixed.
